Counselling is the chance to talk in confidence about anything that’s worrying you, with a person outside of your daily life who’s trained in listening and putting themselves in other people’s shoes.
Art therapy is a form of therapy that uses art as its primary way of expressing anything that might be worrying you. It’s a chance to creatively explore in confidence, feelings and emotions which may be too difficult or upsetting to put into words.
We offer social groups for LGBT+ young people and allies, one to one support for LGBT+ young people, and group work programs for LGBT+ young people.
We offer confidential information, advice and support about drug and alcohol use, this includes: information to help with safety, support to cut down use, support to improve well-being, and support to stop the use of drugs and/or alcohol.
